Q. What is COD?   back to top
A. COD is "Collect On Delivery". UPS Driver will collect a Money Order or Bank check in the exact amount of your order. Please go online to www.sunaroma.com and click on "MY ACCOUNT" to get your COD amount or call our customer care center at 1-800-332-1103 in about 3 hours after you place the order. UPS will not accept cash or personal check as a form of payment.
 
Q. What is UPS COD charge?   back to top
A. UPS charges $12.50 for collection of
COD(Collect on Delivery) for each COD package, this charge is in addition to the freight charge, which we will add to your invoice. We recommend if you wish to avoid this charge, you can do so by paying for your order with a credit card or prepayment via money order in advance. Please call our customer care center at 1-800-332-1103 for more details.
 
Q. When and how I will know my exact COD amount?   back to top
A. You may find out your COD total 2-3 hours after (during normal business hours) you place the order.
You can go online at www.sunaroma.com and click on MY ACCOUNT, you will need your five digits account number and 4 digit PIN or email address. If you do not have it set up please call our customer care center at 1-800 332-1103 and we will be more than happy to set it up.

A. Minimum order is $30.00
 
Q. For COD order, what form of payment accepted?   back to top
A. Money Order or a bank check in the exact amount. UPS does not accept cash or personal checks.
 
Q. Do you ship to Canada?   back to top
A. Yes, shipped via UPS. No COD for this shipment, prepay or payment by credit card (Visa,Master Card,Discover or, American Express).
 
Q. Can I order from Caribbean or any other part of the world?   back to top
A. Yes you can, payment by credit card or prepayment by an international Money Order is required. International orders are usually shipped via United States Postal Service, once you place the order we will calculate the postage and notify you before processing order. Larger bulk orders can also be arranged via private shipping company/freight forwarding company, we will glady set this up for you at no extra cost to you.
 
Q. How long will it take to ship my order?   back to top
A. If you place your order before 12pm, we will typically ship it the same day.
 
Q. Why haven't I received my order yet?   back to top
A. The amount of time it takes to receive your package is based on your location. If you place your order before 12pm, typically it will ship the same day. You can track your package in real time by clicking on "MY ACCOUNT" at www.sunaroma.com and loging in. You will need your 5 digit account number and password.
 
Q. What is your policy regarding animal testing?   back to top
A. Here at Sunaroma we believe all living creatures deserve respect and so we are strictly against any animal testing for our products. We personally test all products ourselves before distributing it to our customers. Likewise, we encourage anyone who may help us develope our products to not do any animal testing on our behalf.
 
Q. Can I get samples of your products?   back to top
A. Yes, with any minimum order of $30, we will gladly provide some samples at no extra cost so that you can order those products in the future with 100% confidence. Please do remember to keep your request limited and understand that some items may not be given as samples and we may not always be able to provide samples due to the volume of orders.
 
Q. What is your return policy?   back to top
A. At Sunaroma, we want you to shop with confidence therefore, no sale is ever final. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days in its orginal packaging. You may exchange it for something else or we can provide you a credit which you can use whenever you like. If you prefer a refund, please provide the orginial invoice and we will glady provide credit to the original form of payment.

A. Here at Sunaroma we strive to make sure all orders are processed properly and that you receive exactly what you ordered however, mistakes can happen. If you believe we made a mistake on your order, immediatly call our customer care center at 800-332-1103 or email us at info@sunaroma.com and we will make sure the issue is resolved smoothly and quickly
